I'm leery of letting another IMAP client near the account though, especially an Android client… Who knows I might end up preferring list folders on the server (?) it's not like the mail takes up much space. > The latest mail broke POP3 and local storage for some reason, IMAP and server > storage works. Weird. I've seen tragically bad IMAP implementations. I don't know if it's a spec problem, or an implementation problem, but Apple is not the only one. I don't see how these sorts of bugs get past testing, let alone through multiple OS updates. Android 4.1.2, the latest version, it's built-in IMAP client, saves Drafts on the phone. Not on the server. No way around it. Devs know about it, publicly acknowledging it multiple times. I don't think it's ever worked correctly. WTF moment.
