I am hosting multiple domains for email (and Web sites for those domains)

So here are we talking about being able to route [email protected] and 
[email protected] to two different users?

Currently, I am happy that both of these emails go to user1 on the server, i.e. 
not having to distinguish them.  So do I need to "Enable virtual hosting" in 
the mail server?
