Huh weird, I tried looking for it too--even on archive.org--but although archive.org has the website itself archived they never archived the downloads. :( The only modern equivalent I could think of is the GPS API included in the iPhone SDK, maybe you could play with that? Alternatively, you could try contacting the author at mike at unlikely org and see if he still checks that email account (you'd be surprised, the authors of RamCharger still check their email account listed on the RamCharger website--never hurts to try).
