I'm using Echofon for Mac and iPhone (waiting for the iPad to officially arrive in Canada). According to Echofon, "Echofon also syncs unread tweets with Echofon for your Mac or Firefox." http://echofon.com FYI, I've used Tweetie and TweetDeck, I've also tested Nambu, Socialite and Twitterific. Echofon does an excellent job with my 35,000+ 'followers.'
