In Spotlights prefpane, all categories are "checked", and no volume is
excluded from spotlight.
Example
In the Finders Search Window, I'm searching for:
Suffix equals "plist"
last mod date equals "today"
Visibility equals "visible or invisible"
Result: none
I'll do a search with Filebuddy Demo for all plists changed in the
last hour, it returns 44 items
I reduce the search to:
last mod date equals "today"
I get 4 folders and 1 Applescript
I'll do a search with Filebuddy Demo for all items changed in the last
hour, it returns 301 items.
How is that explainable, and how reliable is Spotlight?
