Your description reminded me: the Engenius EOC-2610 and EOC-1650 also have 
multiple SSIDs, multiple VLANs, multiple encryptions, and POE, though not 
multiple frequencies, and are available in the $60-120 price range depending on 
sales.  They also are indoor/outdoor.
