Not that I've heard. > > Particularly with javascript functions? Safari 5.0.1 on OS X runs faster than FireFox 3.6.x here. Opera 10.6.x is faster in some things, slower in others. Safari has some problems on Windows, but it's still faster than MSIE 8 and comparable to FireFox. Opera runs away from it, though. I still use Safari and FireFox on Windows instead of Opera, though. Speed isn't everything, and I don't like the way Opera renders some sites I go to often. > > Anyone else? > > > > > 1.8 Ghz Air > > 2 GB RAM That may be your problem. Safari loves RAM. I'm currently on a 2.66 GHz iMac, 4 GB RAM, 10.6.4 in OS X, Vista SP2 in Windows, no problems. > > 10.6.4 > > > > > _______________________________________________ > MacOSX-talk mailing list > [email protected] > http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk _______________________________________________ MacOSX-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk
