The wiki page, and several of the linked Adobe pages, make it look
like Flash Lite is a development environment for building
applications, not running Flash from the web.  It's somewhat like the
package Adobe was going to release which would allow Flash apps to be
compiled for iOS.

The reason we haven't heard anything about it in relation to Flash on
the web is that it very likely doesn't support, and wasn't intended
for, this usage.
