Indeed, the US site for Adobe redirects all the Flash Lite searches to stuff that does not refer to Flash Lite at all. But the Japanese site has a full page for Flash Lite: http://www.adobe.com/jp/products/flashlite/ And from what I heard yesterday after calling a few mobile shops here, Flash Lite is supported on most mobile phones here. Here is a list of mobile handsets sold by Docomo that support FL: http://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/service/imode/make/content/spec/flash/index.html > > On Aug 31, 2010, at 6:39 PM, Jean-Christophe Helary > <[email protected]> wrote: > >> So, Flash does not run on iOS devices and barely runs on Android 2.2. >> >> But as far as I've seen, Flash Lite runs on hundreds of devices ("normal" >> mobile phones for ex), and nobody seems to complain. >> >> So, what is the difference between Flash and Flash Lite, and why woulnd't >> the later be supported on most smartphones ?
