Sorry, that's what I meant. In the end I deleted stuff that I deed not need anymore. But when I tried to see the issue what I did is copy the whole Library folder to the Desktop and remove the contents from the original location. > You might also try moving aside items under "Application Support". I did that too. I put all the Library aside and only left what the system said was required. Since even that did not solve the issue, I also "deactivated" all the dotted files I could find in Terminal. But that too did not produce anything.
