We have a number of new iMacs in a lab, and each has a TimeMachine drive
connected to it. We're noticing that TimeMachine seems to be backing up only
when a user is logged in. If a user logs out and another user logs in, the
first user's account never gets backed up. I've verified this by ssh'ing into
the machine and looking at the output of df. When a user is logged in, the
TimeMachine drive is mounted. When no user is logged in, the drive isn't
mounted. Surely this isn't the way TimeMachine is supposed to work. Is there a
setting for this somewhere?
