Looking for easier ways to print from iPad to a pdf and store the pdf on my
file server back home. I found Airprint activator and the CUPS-PDF printer
package which allow this but give little control over where the pdf file ends
up.

Ideally . . .would like to be able to print to a specific folder on the file
server from either my LAN at home or on the road. Fallback; print to pdf on the
iPad and then copy the file over to the file server manually later.

Checking the iTunes Store reveals

Print Central which gets generally good reviews
Printing for iPad which gets terrible reviews
Print n Share which gets good reviews
Doc Printer which is another version of Print n Share but looks intended for
paper output and not saving as pdf

They're all under 10 bucks . . .but to prevent reinventing the wheel any
recommendations on which is the best way to go?
