Less than  minute is certainly possible, depending on how much has changed. My 
backups generally only take about 4 minutes, but I am pretty certain I have 
older and slower hardware than you do.

The minimum amount of time for a backup, assuming no data changed, is how long 
it takes the computer to create hard links for the entire backup tree, and this 
is pretty much a CPU bound operation unless the backup drive is slow.
