It does that for a week or two until you have allowed all the normal places you 
visit; then it dies down to maybe 1 a week or so. There are some keys you can 
press to select the various options to prevent having to grab the mouse. As you 
get the alerts; if it's something you want to allow you might want to consider 
allowing all connections to a particular server or one of the more generalized 
options (higher on the list) rather than just specifically what it asks for. 
This will assist with those apps that use some random port every time they do 
their thing.

It is a pain for a couple weeks but then pretty much goes away.
