A few of us have forgotten our security questions for our AppleID's.  
We are told you can simply change the security questions.  However, the snag is 
that you need to have set up a "rescue email address" in order to do so.  If 
you don't have a rescue email setup, it seems like you get into an endless loop 
when following this tech support page:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

How does one set up a rescue email address on an existing AppleID?  And will 
this allow one to then change security questions?
