Similar problems here: I cant go into iTunes Store or MacApp store, because 
after login in, both stores ask for more identity checks, presenting some 
"security question" I had never seen before. Moreover, those security questions 
are not even the same, when I retry to go into my account.
The help site for changing answers to those questions says, I should click the 
"reset" button and then proceed normally, but there's no such button at all...

What to do?
