And ... this worries me:

Has anyone else run into this? I've also got spotlight disabled on things that 
I don't want searched, or to get around "App store is smarter than you, that 
file is already downloaded if it's in spotlight so you clearly don't want it 
again".

(Goes to re-enable spotlight on everything, to see if the time machine backup 
grows...)
(How do you force time machine to do a deep scan?)
