I was under the impression that it read the disc ID and compared that with the Gracenote (spit) database. I wouldn’t worry about it, it will be trivial to sort out the non-lossless tracks. If it’s too much of a pain, there’s always Dupin by Doug Adams, well worth the $15. <http://dougscripts.com/apps/dupinapp.php> Besides, it gives some money to Doug Adams, who is pretty much the king of iTunes scripts, so that’s a good thing. Hmm.. it looks like Dupin Lite (via the Mac App Store) is cheaper ($6) and does the duplicate elimination part of Dupin, sounds like a great bargain. -- When the chips are down, the buffalo's empty. _______________________________________________ MacOSX-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/macosx-talk
