I think Jean-Christophe is simply asking how to create a POP mail account in macOS Sierra. I believe the answer is the same as it's been for a couple of versions: - System Preferences / Internet Account - "+" icon for Add account / "Add Other Account..." / "Mail Account" - Enter name, Email Address and _BOGUS_ password. - When the credentials fail to validate you'll be presented with a dropdown list to select between IMAP and POP Note; if you're connecting to Gmail via POP, you may have to do some work on the Google side to make it happy.
