Why are you going the IP Printer route? Most SOHO networked printers these days 
have drivers that know how to find them using the default add dialogs. I think 
you just may be confusing the driver. Try adding it as a vanilla printer (you 
don't have to change any of the current network bindings, just don't refer to 
them).
