But I’m not selecting the Enable Guest Network option here. I tried that later.

I’m just using the "Network Mode → Create a wireless network" which contains, 
by default, the info for my main network (which happens to have the same name 
as my Time Capsule).

It looks like where I do that, I erase the first network and just create a new 
one...
