I am presently of the opinion that -flat_namespace is The Right Way
and that two-level namespace is a hack to give Mac developers something
like what they are used to, whatever that is. On the assumption that we
can deal with symbol conflicts in the same way we always have,
-flat_namespace seems just fine.
