The saga continues...
I have now configured the build directories correctly, CPAN is downloading
and unpacking the bundles.
I have found my C directory.
Now I am receiving the following error:
CPAN.pm: Going to build G/GA/GAAS/Digest-MD5-2.16.tar.gz

Looks good
Writing Makefile for Digest::MD5
--NOT OK
Running make test
Oops, make had returned bad status
Running make install
Oops, make had returned bad status
This seems to be repeating for several of the bundles.
Any advice is as always, much appreciated.
