Thanks for the tip Mike.

I did get as far as a print error when I tried to run something like this
from the terminal:

Print -Mtxt /test.txt

I found I could create an AppleScript that I could run with perl to open and
print a file from InternetExplorer, but that didn't solve my problem because
I don't know how to pass a variable (the filename) to the AppleScript and I
did not figure out how to tell IE to print the active window.

The AppleScript solution looks promising and I'll poke around there some
more.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.
