Yes, you and the article are right... use CPAN to install 
Bundle::Apache, and then do the httpd.conf modifications. You should be 
ok. That's the theory anyway.

Wrt CPAN, my suggestion would be to _always_ use CPAN to install things. 
It just knows better than you and I. Also, my experience was to run CPAN 
under sudo

sudo perl -MCPAN -e shell

otherwise CPAN tries to do things as me and my normal login is not the 
su, so some things croak.

CPAN works like a charm. Whoever wrote it deserves a tall, cold one from 
me.
