If you look at http://testers.cpan.org/search?request=dist&dist=Math-Pari , you'll see that nobody has yet reported success or failure on Darwin. That's usually a good place to look.
The error messages below aren't helpful, they just say that there were error messages in a previous run. In the CPAN shell, do 'clean Math::Pari' and then 'test Math::Pari' to see the real error messages.
