the OpenGL, GLU and GLUT modules installed?

Some time ago, I think it was on 10.1 or maybe even 10.0, I managed to get the OpenGL Perl module to build, although without GLUT. It didn't build out of the box, and it needed more than just some make file hacking - the C code needed a bit of tweaking too, to allow for the differences in Apple's OpenGL implementation.

The module docs basically say that it's unmaintained, but do list an email address, so I emailed my patches. I never heard back. I was really just playing around, and at that point I didn't really want to adopt the module or fork off a Mac version of it. So I wrote it off as being more trouble than it was worth.
