Status of Camel Bones Project

While browsing my archived email, I came across my questions about Perl 
5.8.4 and realized that this is the version that was installed.

I took a look at the site at http://camelbones.sourceforge.net and 
looked at the Roadmap, which has a list of changes planned for 0.3.0 
tentatively planned for May 2004.

Has work on this version been halted for the moment?  If the author, who 
posts from time to time here, would prefer not to answer for any reason, 
certainly, I understand - no pressure.
