I'm on Tiger trying to use Mac::Glue. I downloaded the latest version.
During make I get this message:

> Created and installed Dialect glue for 'AppleScript.rsrc' (AppleScript)
> ref is not a valid file specification at blib/script/gluescriptadds line 42,
> <DATA> line 1.

During make test I get this message:

> PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 /usr/bin/perl "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-e"
> "test_harness(0, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/*.t
> t/glue....Please run gluedialect and gluescriptadds programs at
> /Users/mattneub/Desktop/Mac-Glue-1.25/blib/lib/Mac/Glue.pm line 1342, <DATA>
> line 1.
> t/glue....NOK 3# Failed test (t/glue.t at line 15)
> # Looks like you failed 1 tests of 3.
> t/glue....dubious
> Test returned status 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
> DIED. FAILED test 3
> Failed 1/3 tests, 66.67% okay

(There's more but let's skip it.) When I run gluedialect I get this:

> MLDBM error: Second level tie failed, "File exists" at
> /Library/Perl/5.8.6/Mac/AETE/Format/Glue.pm line 163
> Can't tie to '/Library/Perl/5.8.6/Mac/Glue/glues/dialects/AppleScript': at
> /Library/Perl/5.8.6/Mac/AETE/Format/Glue.pm line 164, <STDIN> line 1.

When I run gluescriptadds I get this:

> ref is not a valid file specification at /usr/bin/gluescriptadds line 42,
> <DATA> line 1.

When I run a script that uses Mac::Glue I get warnings:

> Please run gluedialect and gluescriptadds programs at
> /Library/Perl/5.8.6/Mac/Glue.pm line 1342, <DATA> line 1.
Use of uninitialized
> value in subroutine entry at /Library/Perl/5.8.6/Mac/Glue.pm line 1308, <DATA>
> line 1.

I seem to be able to run code okay but I'd like the warnings to stop and I'd
like to know if my installation is all right. Thx for any hints. m.
