Ouch -- and now I remember reading MPW was case-insensitive. And
sorry, yes, you're absolutely right the 'Build Instructions' does say
copy patch into the the MPW 'Tools' folder in para 3. (The only thing
that's missing there maybe is a mention of the folder 'gPatch'.)

I've tried everything I can think of and I get the same error.
There are two files that seems to be 'missing': 'miniperl.SC' and
'runperl.c.MrC.o'.
