Something must be screwey with your setup. BBEdit doesn't create the
droplet. It just sends MacPerl an AppleEvent, and MacPerl does the
work.
Try creating it inside of MacPerl, then repeat the process inside of
BBEdit if the MacPerl step worked. If you continue having problems
