It will be.  All those distributions will be includes.

They are.

Again, I am primarily concerned with the core perl right now.  That is why
the tests on the testing page are only the core perl test suite.  It is
pointless to me to spend much time adding in the other functionality until
we can get the core pretty well under control.

That does not mean I am not interested in bugs not related to this, but I
am not interested in including other things right now.  All that will come
eventually, in good time.  The more people who test and file unique patches
(to tests, mostly) and bug reports, the faster it will all go.  :-)
