I may be misunderstanding you but O'Reilly do a pocket reference guide to Perl 5.
It's now in its 3rd edition by Johan Vromans and it's ISBN is: 0-596-00032-4.

It's GBP 6.95 or USD 9.95, available from oreilly.com.
