Not everyone knows what *Fly* is; nor did I. Now I do:
*Fly* is a tool to generate graphics from scripts, from CGI input,
from data bases ... ; dynamic GIF and JPEG so to say.
Fly works on the server; and the (compressed) pixel picture is

I do not think that one has to port Fly to MacPerl. If you have
(Li|U)n(u|i)x server and Perl, Fly would run on these.


One more way for Dynamic Graphics is *Flash*; in this case the
picture is created on the user's client machine.
Flash is more dynamic in so far as pictures can change timewise;
this means that you can produce movies.

Im am curious what is easier and more convincing: to calculate,
say, a statistics by Fly or by Flash.
