My memory is fuzzy but I believe droplet launch problems would be caused by the same issue as the runtime problem. In both cases the 'oapp' event is getting lost somewhere. > I'd like to suggest to have the patch included in r2. > Another test would be AmphetaDesk standalone. The patch works but is extremely inelegant and it would be better to find out where the 'oapp' is going. Another option would be change the launch mechanism for runtimes in general to not rely on 'oapp'. This would have the added benefit of possibly allowing DoScript ARGV to be passed to runtime applications (right now the launch mechanism makes DoScript or standalone operation an either/or proposition). I tried to unwind this in my original testing but it couldn't be done cleanly in the current event mechanism. Chris, if you decide to go with the patch and the patch is no longer in the SourceForge bug DB let me know and I will regenerate it.
