Unfortunately, I don't have a C compiler for OS9. (unless I can some- how convince OSX's Developer tools to do this, which I don't have time to even think about, right now).
Last time I looked, MPW is still available for download from Apple's developer pages. Isn't MPW still the standard build environment for MacPerl?
(... in case someone else hasn't mentioned it yet.)
