Sure, there are no demands, just recommendations. :) nox has
already updated "port lint" to complain about portfiles that don't
match the recommendation. So as people run "port lint" on their
portfiles, hopefully they will be encouraged to fix the names of

It doesn't make them invalid. They still work fine. "port lint"
exists to tell you about things that are wrong with your portfiles
(errors) and things which could be improved about your portfiles
(warnings). The patchname check is a warning, not an error.
