Why? libungif has been superceded by giflib upstream [1], so
shouldn't we
be preferring giflib in all cases now?
Yeah, we're PREFERRING giflib. As long as libungif remains in the
tree, we need to avoid the conflict.
Hence: path:include/gif_lib.h:giflib
If someone wants to nuke port:libungif (make it a stub that just pulls
in giflib), I'll support that.
