I reverted this commit.

What issue were you trying to fix with this commit?

The protos were explicitly placed as lib dependencies in order to eliminate the need to put these protos as build dependencies in 30% of the tree.

Further, xextproto is already pulled in by libXext.

Additionally, XExtProto is 7.1.0, not 7.0.5 (and was at the time of your commit).
