That's not really what I want.  I'm happy with the ports I have installed now 
and if I need to install another port, then if it can use the ports I have 
installed, it should, otherwise I don't want to build the dependency.  I don't 
want to go through all ports all the time and check out the variants.  I guess 
this is me being lazy, but that's what a port system is for, isn't it :)
