Probably not just go ahead and call it LGPL-2 (which makes us distribute it). You could ask the developers for clarification. Most of the files are now LGPLv2 or later in the new version you just committed. However the viewer still says GPL-3+, as do the examples, and the included CGAL headers are GPL-3+ or LGPL-3+.
