Monterey install .pkg and website updates?

macOS Monterey is officially out. I note that we don't yet have 
instructions for installing MacPorts on it at 
https://www.macports.org/install.php and we don't seem to have install 
.pkg files yet.

I've never either built the .pkg for release or updated the web site, so 
I don't feel comfortable doing that on my own.
