No overwrites for tor. The config file has not been altered.
tor installs tor-tsocks.conf and torrc.sample. The latter seems
properly named, but I'm not certain if the user is expected to edit
the former. If so, the former might need to be installed as tor-
tsocks.conf.sample for instance.
