It's telling you something went wrong trying to build p5-dbd-mysql.
I'm not sure yet what; it builds fine for me on Snow Leopard. You
should file a bug report in our issue tracker with more details so
the maintainer of the port can investigate the problem.

Installed without complaint on macosx 10.5.8 intel and mysql5.
