Hi, I am using macports 1.9.1 on Mac OS 10.6.3. I installed xorg-server, xorg-libxv, xorg-libxvmc and xorg-xvinfo. I launch the X11.app from MacPorts and then I open a terminal from the X11 menu. I type (as root) xvinfo and I get
No protocol specified xvinfo: Unable to open display :0.0 Does somebody know how to get Xv support in the xorg-server? I would like to run coriander (for firewire cameras) on MacOS. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks Ricardo
