Since you got the ball rolling on that one … I've been using Sublime Text 2 [1] for a couple of months. It supports TextMate's themes and snippets, though I don't think it supports commands. It is available for Mac, Linux, and Windows, and the license allows you to use on all three platforms. Extensible via a Python plugin architecture [though I'd really prefer Ruby, but hey]. It's pretty fast, too. There are dev builds [2] as well, and if you are a registered user, nightly builds [3].
