When Xcode updated, it didn't update it's command line tools to point to the new location (moved from /Developer to /Applications/Xcode.app). This breaks anything that uses the command line tools until you manually run Xcode's command to update this. MacPorts likes xcodebuild, you just have to ensure xcodebuild functions.
