G'day!

Got another case. Please help!

Now I tried to install openssh and it hung here

checking for ar... ar
checking for svnversion... found
checking for hg... not-found
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking for --with-pydebug... no
checking whether /usr/bin/clang accepts -fno-strict-aliasing... yes

here's the ps and test:

You said you ran "xcodebuild -license"; you did not say that you had run it as root or with sudo, which is what I wanted to verify.
Really ;)
I thought it's obvious - what else could I run it for? :)
You could have run it as your normal administrative user. That's what most users do, and that works for most ports, but not some; see previous link.

Instead of running "xcodebuild -license" as the root user, could you try being your normal administrative user and running "sudo xcodebuild -license"? I seem to remember another user reporting there was a difference between the two.

No difference. All the same.
I even tried to remove both xcode and macports, delete their data and install again. No result.
