I installed Pymol and the APBS plugin using MacPorts. I tried to run APBS calculations within Pymol, but it didn't give the proper output and I think the following message might be the reason:
dyld: Library not loaded: libmaloc.dylib What should I do to solve this problem? Also, I have noticed when I try to use the APBS plugin to display surface electrostatic potential calculated from PDB2PQR server, it is not displayed properly. I don't know if there two problems are related. THanks!
