Yes, on startup I see
$ gimp
Error spawning command line `launchctl getenv
DBUS_LAUNCHD_SESSION_BUS_SOCKET': Child process killed by signal 11
Dynamic session lookup supported but failed: launchctl terminated
abnormally without any error message
Not enough memory
followed by one of these for each plugin it attempts to load (all fail)
(gimp:12494): LibGimpBase-WARNING **: gimp: gimp_wire_read(): error
the result is that gimp eventually starts but without any plugins it
won't do much.
Not sure what is going on as
$ launchctl getenv DBUS_LAUNCHD_SESSION_BUS_SOCKET
returns a reasonable socket address if run manually
(/tmp/launch-i7KwoR/unix_domain_listener)
